Essential duties and responsibilities

As a real estate agent for Jose Medina and Associates, you will:

•  Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle and use of our CRM

•  Schedule appointments, maintain communications with clients and inbound and outbound calling

•  Become proficient on time-blocking, overcoming objections and mastering sales skills

Knowledge/Skills

• REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED

• Ohio Real Estate License required to start on team

• People oriented

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and customer service mentality

• Systems friendly

• Open to accountability and driven to excellence

• Willing to learn scripts and dialogues

• Possess a firm desire to achieve goals and focus on results

• Effective listening skills with the ability to build quick rapport with clients

• Take direction, be coachable and work with integrity

• Display resourceful problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions

• Be team orientated and learning based with sheer grit and a strong will to succeed

Compensation and Training

• Receive top notch real estate agent training, coaching and incoming leads within a fun team atmosphere that promotes personal development and success

• Commission based position with potential to earn $50 – $90k per year (Full Time)
